M600 Stuck on Sun / Tanning ledge

Anyone have a problem with the M600 getting stuck on their sun / tanning ledge? I’m only on my 5th run of the robot and it has gotten stuck twice.

Its not going to work any place that isn't deep enough to keep the water intakes covered. Sometimes my robot will climb 2 stairs only, other times it will attempt the 3rd and only make it if its running sideways, so to speak. Its gotta have that water!

Thank you. Makes sense. What do you do when it gets stuck?

Mine will reverse itself, falling back down if there isn't enough water to the intakes. It just moves on its way then.
