M600 Software Update

Anyone else having issue with the latest update pushed out? I can't use my M600 due to the app saying "Updating Software" for the past 2 days. Uninstalled the app, power cycled the power supply, spent 2 hours with tech support. Another trip back to Maytronics. So this makes the replacement M600 being sent back 3 times.

Anyone else having these issues since the software update? I am curious since the M600 is one of the robots I am considering. If this is an isolated issue I will likely purchase this model.
