M500 lost its mind

my dolphin m500 has decided it only want to clean for about 45 minutes
regardless of what program i set it on
last month it was fine
this weekend only 45mins
it is in the shop now
they think it is cable, but i dont as it is always exactly the same time
luckily it is still under warranty
any ideas what it could be
my thoughts are the logic card

As long as the shop is willing to keep working on it they can throw parts at it until they get it working.

well the shop has had it for 10 days
dropped in tonight to get told they have been very busy and haven't even downloaded the logs yet
when i dropped it off they told me there was only one in front of me
slack when it is winter here

well they took their time , but i have herbie back home
faulty power supply, losing communication

It took them one month to repair the thing? That's a bit crazy IMHO.
