I wanted to pass along my experience dealing with Maytronics. I bought a M400 from Marina in Denver last June. They were great other than getting through to them. This weekend my M400 would not turn on. When I plugged it in the power supply lights would flash on for a second then turn off. I tried on multiple plugs indoors and out. So I called Maytronics, explained the issue and they are sending a new power supply. The first thing they offered was to send a new power supply, no arguing, or complaining just we will make it right.
