My pool holds 25,000 gallons. How much water would I need to displace to get it from 100 to 75 or 80?

If you wanted to get down to 75ish, it would take aprox one quarter drain and refill.
BUT!....that's assuming your CYA is truly at 100. Did you perform a dilution test to determine that? That's where you mix equal parts pool water and tap water, mix well, and use that as your pool sample. Double your result for a high CYA level.
