Low Water Temp and IC-40 Not Reading Salt

Will the IC-40 not read salt when the water temp is too low to function? Only light on currently is low temp and the Screen Logic App shows 0 salt. Actual reading is about 3000ppm.

Yes, with low water temp the cell shuts down and does not check salinity.
