I have an ~8k gallon above ground and I've been running an Intex swg/pump combo since we put the pool up last month. Last weekend, the low salt alarm went off, so I tested the salt, and it was at 2800ppm, which per the manual should be fine. I've cleaned the titanium electrode, and still get the low salt error. I've tried contacting Intex, but they are unable to take calls because of high call volume. Does anyone have any thoughts?
