We had our concrete deck poured yesterday and therefore could not test the water or add bleach while it was setting. The night before I added what I thought would be two days worth of bleach but when I checked it tonight the FC was all the way down to .5, well below the minimum of 3 for my cya level of 40. Was it exposed long enough to cause a problem or is one day too short for something to start brewing?

Just to be sure, dose enough chlorine to get to 7 ppm. Which is the upper range for 40 cya. Brush the pool to mix then test to see where the chlorine ppm is at. Then perform an overnight chlorine loss test.
I will try an oclt tomorrow, missed my chance tonight. Need to brush and vacuum tomorrow anyway to clean up after the concrete guys. Some splattered on the liner and some gravel at the bottom.
