Just wanted to introduce myself as I've been lurking and reading for about a month now. I'm in Central NJ and just put a deposit down on a 600 square foot, free form gunnite pool with plans to break ground this Fall and finish early next Spring. Plan is for 75 sq foot sun shelf, 3,5' shallow to 7' deep (no diving but more for safety as kids will surely be jumping off raised bond beam into pool as they get older!). 2.5'-3' raised bond beam on back wall of pool with 4' sheer descent waterfall.
Prelim layout attached. Open to any and all suggestions on shape of pool, size and depth of pool ,size of sun shelf, features and patio layout ideas and suggestions before I go to permit.
