Love our new pool

We just finished the new pool last August. It is UV with ozone. So far we are doing well ourselves maintaining it. I am interested in more maintenance tips so that we can continue to keep it clear and balanced.

Hi, welcome to TFP! The first thing we recommend is an FAS/DPD pool test kit. The TF 100 or Taylor k2006 are both high quality test kits and either one is essential for keeping your pool clear and trouble free. We don't recommend UV and/or ozone for outdoor pools as they are generally not needed, and some people mistakenly believe they don't need any chlorine with these systems. Sufficient chlorine levels are key to a clear pool. Please feel free to answer any questions you may have.
