I've been messing around with our Intex Combo Sand Filter / SWG 15,000 Gal model. Had issues with pump never shutting off so replaced an IC on the board to fix that. Then low salt codes, did a lot of digging and my cell has likely lost it's coatings. I've bypassed using a timer and an adjustable power supply to keep the cell going, but oxidation at the anode is out of control on the electrodes since no RuO2 or IrO2 coating is left.
What I'd like to do is find a used cell and that I can freely play with by removing the epoxy coatings and see how hard it would be to remove the plates and just replace them with alternate plates from Amazon or other sources.
The Cell I'm looking for is 13043, Titanium Electrode For 16" Sf Combo
If anyone has one let me know, I'll pay for shipping and trouble.
