Looking for replacement

Hi, I am looking for a replacement for this waterways jet. I am seeing two numbers 215-1070 and 32MM 215-1087. When I look these up I can't find the same kind of jet with the threading in the back, and I am starting to wonder if this is 2 parts glued together? Any advice on a replacement jet would be appreciated. Thank you!
