Looking for pump upgrade recommendations (VS)

I’m looking to lower our electric bill which costs us $110+ per month. I have attached pics of my pump and pad.

Currently not running the swcg but I’m planning to start using it soon.

I’m looking for something that is a quiet, efficient, cost effective and will lower electricity costs.

If you are not planning on automation get a Calimar, Circupool, or B+D 3HP VS pump. It should cut your electricity usage in half or more.
