Looking for ladder/deck suggestions

Had a new deck built recently and because of my exterior doors there is 24 inches between the deck and the top of the pool. I currently have a Conifer A frame ladder I used last year. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Sorry about the double pictures.

I also have a confer A frame ladder, its one of the heavier ones. After deck was built I ordered a deck mount adapter for it and cut back legs off. Maybe depending on your ladder version, you could cut " some" off and leave one or two steps and mount to deck. You would just have to step up a few steps before entering pool.

I saw the conversion kit and was wondering if that would work. I think I'll probably give that a try. Thank you.

You could always build wooden steps similar to this...

I use bungie cords to attach my steps to the top rail. It's worked for several years now.
