Looking for a wifi "Intermatic" style NTP based astronomical lighting controller / switch

Did some googles.. maybe don't have the keywords right.. looking for a 120V light switch that:

1. Has configurable astronomical features
2. Connects to wifi
3. Allows you to set the IP address of a NTP (network time protocol) server

I don't want to rely on a manufacturer cloud service.

Any ideas? I would also be fine with Zigbee and a gateway.
