I usually put 1.5 cups of bleach in my pool every other day. If I am gone for a Thurs-Sun, do I just double my bleach before leaving? Or what level of FC should I aim for? I will not be running the filter when away.

Bring it to SLAM level and throw a tarp over it unless it’s one of the ones that had its own cover, then use that. 
If you have someone who can come by and add chlorine, you can leave the pre-measured amount
for them to add.
