HI. I live in Jacksonville, FL. PB gave us Florida Gem (I guess it's by the company Florida Stucco) as our pool finish option. Looking for others that have used it and real life pictures of the colors. Google is coming up short. Thanks!! 
Long shot but... Does anyone have brand florida gem as a pool finish??

I've not heard of them, but your pool builder should be able to give you references who would be willing to let you look at their pools. Our builder had a list of home owners who were willing to let us come look.

Who is your pool builder? I'm in Jax also and my builder used Florida Gem. We chose French Silver and the parts that were acid washed correctly look like the rendered pool picture here: http://www.floridastucco.com/gallery-gem-finishes.html
We are waiting for them to tell us what they are going to do to fix the discoloration, streaking and blisters that have come out in the 60 days we've had the pool.
Also note that Florida Stucco requires you to submit your warranty registration within 30 days of install for their limited warranty: http://www.floridastucco.com/images/pdf/gem-limited-warranty.pdf

We are using Florida pools and more DBA Branrox LLC. I wanted french silver but they told me it doesn't look that great. Do you have a picture of your pool you could post?
