Load Shedding Pump While on Generator

Hi!

I've a Pentair system, no heater, 100% conventional. When running on the whole house generator, I want to shut the system draw down (pump) but not install a contactor and interrupt the AC line. The reason for this choice is accessing the power feed for the install would be highly invasive at this point. Similarly, I don't want to add a contactor that I have to seal up directly at the pump. The load management system sheds unnecessary loads (2nd AC, 240v air compressor, etc.) but the pool pump isn't part of the system.

I have one set of dry contacts available from the transfer control system. Is there a convenient way to essentially "disable" the pump using those dry contacts through interfacing with the Pentair? Without using a relay, the dry contact location is at the transfer switch, about 100' away and is not rated for any significant current.

Thoughts?
