Liquid chlorine raising FC too much

Ok so here it goes I let my pump run about 46-60 minutes in the morning before I test my water. My results for today were:

FC 4.8
CC 0
PH 7.2
CYA 40
TA 130

I wanted to raise my FC to 6.5 using 12.5% bleach so pool math recommended 32oz. I added it and left the pump running. Came back three hours later to test and my FC is 8.4. The side of my pool is correct in the calculator both on the app and online at 18500. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The amount is correct per PoolMath. Only can be either measurement error at the addition or testing error.

I suggest you use a 10 ml water sample, 1 scoop of powder, and each drop of reagent to clear is 0.5 ppm FC.
