Liner wall question

Hey all,

In the process of installing the pool liner (overlap /not beaded) on my 1st pool. Its a bit off center and wanted the honest opinion of this crowd. Have about 6inch water in the bottom. Will the wall wrinkle up when I fill with water? How can I fix current status? Or should I just leave as is?
