Hello
Over the winter my above ground pool was destroyed by the weather. We just got a new one installed a month ago. This weekend was the second time we were in the pool and we noticed a large rip in the liner. We sent some pics to the pool installer and he said he would stop by and try to patch it, but said it looks like an animal did it. In the 6 years we had the previous pool in the same spot we've never seen animals on or messing with the pool. The first time we used the pool was a couple weeks ago, so I went back and looked through photos of that day and sure enough you can see the tear in the background although it was much smaller then.
Has anyone seen a rip like this happen? Could an animal cause this or would this be an installation issue? Would love to hear the opinions of any professionals out there.
