Light problem, relay problem, or transformer problem?

When I tried testing it was fine, but it also brightened up before the test. When it's dim I'll try again.

Found the problem I think. Looks like water has infiltrated the Fixture. Cthe connector was dry, so must be an issue with the case. Looks like I'll be experiencing CMPs warranty.

It would appear all of these nichless led's are in fact garbage. Hopefully cmp plays nice
