Your TA is too low. Check behind me on Pool Math, but I get ~2lb of baking soda to get to TA = 50 :)

Or, if your TA is higher in your fill water, it would be good to do a partial drain and refill, would lower your CYA too. 80 (round up) is kind of high in PA.
 
For TA most pools are happy in the 50-60 range. A little higher is fine. 110 might be too high. So entering your volume and putting 30-55 as Now and Target I get a little over 2 lbs of Baking Soda. See if we match! 55 is good starting point.

TA is fine tuning, so you'll watch your ph over time to figure out what your pool "likes".
