It's been over 2 weeks, and several attempts. Our pool doesn't look like a swamp anymore. We tried several methods - mostly from YouTube quick fix methods. My hubby and I were frusteated, tired, and deflated. I came here to find answers. We followed the SLAM process, and kept on top of everything it said. Finally, got results! I am so happy. Still need to do the overnight test. Thinking of doing that tonight. PH and Alk are high. I wasn't sure if I should lower ph now or wait. Water has been clear for 2 days. Feedback is appreciated.

Great Job!!!

I wasn't sure if I should lower ph now or wait
pH test is invalid when FC>10. Don't adjust pH.

Leave the TA alone after slam. Manage your pH and TA will come down.

Keep on the SLAM...
