Been losing 2-3" a day. Let the level drop to about 5" above light, and about 5" below all return jets and skimmer. Repair man did plug MD, still leaking.

Unless you see potential cracks/abnormalities in the shell, I doubt the pool itself is leaking. Since the drain has been plugged and the water is already below the return jets and skimmer, any additional water loss has to be the light. That's the only thing still under water right? The only other possibility would be if the pool tech who came out didn't do a good job plugging the drain.
