Leaking Hayward vari-flo: which part do I need?

Water is slowly leaking around where the selector handle goes down into the valve, filling the grooves. No water is leaking around the edge where the top bolts on. The handle has gotten more difficult to depress when I want to change the flow. The system has been run so that it has not frozen. Which part do I need? I'm thinking the inner key and not the whole top assembly with the handle or the big o-ring that goes around the top. Ideas?IMG_1916.JPG

WB,

I have rebuilt the top to a multi-port valve before and it worked, but was more of a pain than fun. I needed three hands to get everything back together with the new spring...

If I ever need to do it again, I am just buying a new top half.. they cost about $50 bucks, and knowing what I know now, would be well worth the money in time alone..

Thanks,

Jim R.
