Leaking deck jet

I have 4 deck jets and one has started leaking on concrete. What could this be?? My husband things it’s s gasket and says no way it’s a pipe. I’m not buying that. Here’s a pic! Thanks in advance!

Check the valve for the deck jets, sounds like it's seeping a bit.

We had the same issue. When they installed the valves (pentair 2 way), they let glue get inside the valves causing the gate not to seal fully. I had to disassemble the valves and lightly sand the glue spots smooth.
