Leaking chlorinator

Hello, been doing some work on our older pool and have been fixing one leak after another. There is now a leak from the under side of a Hayward cl200 chlorinator. It only gets used when go out of town. I’m not great at plumbing and it looks like all the fittings are glued and not sure how to replace the chlorinator without redoing more plumbing as there isn’t much room to cut out and add couplers or unions. What would you all do?

I would just cut it out. Use a floater when you’re on vacation .
A swg would go good there

Yeah that’s what I was thinking. Just worried about using a floater and it damaging our brand new liner.

Tether it to where it’s in the middle of the pool. I use fishing line when I’m on vacation.

A floater is a good idea but you would have to cut the chlorinator out and replumb the area. Using a union would make it an option to make it easier
