Leaking AG Pool Heater

Just noticed that my Hayward H400FDN pool/spa heater after 10 year was leaking water. It could be one of three things, the water tubes, manifold to the tubes or the gasket between. Question, has anyone changed out the gasket, manifold or water tubes before? Is it difficult or should I contact a sercive repair tech? Or just the replace The whole unit? They cost about 2 grand.

you need to identify the leak and go from there
my sister-in-law had a leak on her gas pool heater (forget what brand it is right now) and it was the pressure switch had come apart causing the leak, when trying to remove the plastic threads from the cast iron manifold it broke off. I had to remove the manifold to get broken piece out, but the manifold had rubber gaskets in it that I cleaned everything up and reused them and I got lucky and nothing leaked.
