Leak in tile- what to repair?

Hello all- thanks for the advice in advance!

my pool has tile and there is a gap/ break in the tile grout/ caulking. Can I just recaulk this with something ? Advice?

the issue is that water gets under the tile, and then is starting to cause issues under my patio.

We need to understand if that gap is an expansion joint. Show us pics of your deck and coping.
