Leak in jet threading

Hello, new to the site. Recently moved into a home with an in ground pool and noticed we were losing water. Had leak detection come out and found there were cracks in the threading of two jets in the swim out. Had a company that was going to come out and fix it by taking up the concrete to get to the pipes but found the entire swim out is encased in concrete so they weren’t able to get to it. Ended up siliconing where the leaks are and then closed the pool for us with the water level above the jet lines. Water level is below the jets now (it has been 10 days since closing it). Is there anything else we can do to fix the leak? Should we be adding water to it to keep it above the jet lines? We are mainly concerned about causing more damage if the pipes freeze and crack. At such a loss now, any suggestions would help. Thank you!

Welcome to TFP! If you are sure the return lines are closed from both ends, then no more water should be able to leak other than what's already in the lines themselves. You can wait until spring to address them. Otherwise, you can try a Frankenplug which is what I did for about a year. You can see that in my link below.

After that, you can address the repairs properly which is what I did a couple months ago.
