I wonder if it'd be a good idea to temporary put up a couple windsocks or streamers in your yard where the pool will be. You can at least observe for the next few weeks what the winds are doing in your backyard. Historical data is great but with the pool being placed between the house and wall winds are likely affected by them. Position the streamers fairly low to the ground as that's where the wind will be affecting your pool. Just an idea!
