I might have found a good source of HASA Sani-Clor (12.5%) in Katy. They might be interested to stock it if I can get a few more buyers in the Katy area. I'm shooting for $17 per case of 4 gallons (comes out to $.27 / oz liquid chlorine). Message me if you're interested. (Of course, I'm not looking to get anything from this other than saving me from making a trip down to Clear Lake).

I would recommend contacting Napco Chemical Co. http://www.napcochemical.com/ up at 99 & 45. It's a bit of a trip up the Grand Parkway, but if you only have to lug jugs home once a month, their per gallon price was good - last time I called them. You would need to purchase some transport car-boys though - but they can be re-used. (I was doing research as I am considering putting a liquid chlorine tank / pump on my future build).

I called Napco a week ago inquiring of their product. They apparently sell car-boys or what not there, but I'd imagine you can purchase your own for a bit cheaper. (any recommendations on a car boy?) I live in Spring, so this location would be close. Unfortunately their hours aren't convenient for me, but I'll work around that.

My backup plan is pinch a penny - not convenient location but Saturday and Sunday hours, or a HASA distributor that happens to be about 5 miles from my employers address. It probably wouldn't take much for me to visit the HASA place every so often during my lunch hour.
