I have a JXi Pool & Spa Heater that I use for the spa. I set it to 100 degrees and it heats up to 100 and then on the handheld device it says ENA once it hits the set temp. After a while the temp drops down to 98, 97 ect and the handheld says ON. It says it is on but the heater is not working. I was thinking that at a certain temp it will kick the gas heater on. Nope. I then change the set temp to 104. Handheld says ON but the heater does not kick on.
Is there a time lockout before it will turn the heater on? Things I can check or test before I call out someone.
