Even if the stores were at all accurate (which they are not), you need to test when you need to test. Not when the store happens to be open and you are already out running errands. It doesn’t work if you have an inclination something isn’t right at 7pm on a Tuesday night.

When testing FC, use a 10 mL sample. Use one scoop of powder. Each drop of R-0871 will count as 0.5 PPM. You will say reagents that way.
True. You'll probably use somewhere between 2 to 4 PPM FC this time of year. A few days of testing and you'll get to know your pool.It sure does burn off fast this time of year!
