Just had new vinyl liner installed and in process of filling pool. Are there any suggestions on what chemicals to use during startup.

Congrats! No, nothing special for vinyl. Plaster is the thing that needs start up procedures to be followed. Just follow the usual TFP guidelines.

You'll need Chlorine, and Cyanuric Acid (Cya/Stabilizer/Conditioner) for sure, but maybe others. We can't say for sure without some test results so do you have any testing supplies?
