Janndy Ei Apure35 not making chlorine

My SWG is not making chlorine at all. The salt level, flow, water temp is all normal. The wall unit is telling me "low sal/low temp" but neither is accurate.

I noticed that the actual generator is not making the "bubble" effect that it normally did. I have recently cleaned the fins.

Is this board issue, the actual generator gone bad or could it be the cord?

Sounds like it may be the cell since you just cleaned it but I'm not sure. This document may help troubleshoot...
