Hi everyone! I’ve stumbled on this site and am incredibly grateful. We had a pool installed 7 yrs ago. And the Jandy e-pass controller is getting no power. Neither my husband nor I, have any idea what to do. I now am growing frogs. I hate frogs!! Desperately seeking help and a good pool education.

S,

Well, either the pump is bad or you have lost the AC power to run it..

Your pump should have a 240 volt circuit breaker, either in a panel at the equipment pad or in your house electrical panel. I suggest that you find the breaker and reset it.

If that does not help, then I suggest that you find a friend with a voltmeter that can test to see if the 240 volts is getting to the pump or not.

I am "assuming" that the pump has an internal timer and that it is not connected to some other type of timer.

I have deleted your double post..

Thanks,

Jim R.
