Jandy TruClear flashing messages

Our TruClear power pack is flashing between a few messages. First it shows “VerB1 Amer US English” (which is what it always shows when it powers on), then flashes to “Waiting…”, then flashes to “No flow”. And repeat.
Yesterday it was only flashing “No flow” when we turned it on for the first time since the fall. We cleaned the filters and the salt cell to make sure there wasn’t a flow problem. The power pack is 8-9 years old and our salt cell is 1-2.
I’m assuming there’s an issue with the power pack and it needs to be replaced. Any other thoughts?

The Jandy TruClear uses a gas sensor to shutdown the cell when there is inadequate water flow instead of a flow switch. The gas sensor uses a conductivity sensor through the water that gas accumulation breaks.

The conductivity sensor in the cell is probably bad.

Carefully check the cable connections between the cell and the power pack. It could be a cable communication problem between the cell and power pack.

We originally thought it was the salt cell. But now with the power pack flashing 3 messages continuously, it seems like it’s the power pack? It continues in a loop.
