Jandy Truclear and Aqualink intergration.

I've been reading and see some people have their Truclear connected to the Auqualink system. I notice my PB did not hook it up the Truclear to the board. Is that something I should have them do? Or can I do it myself.

Is the salinity level correct when using it with the app/web?

Is your Tru Clear power box connect to your Jandy Pump?
You can connect the Tru Clear Power Center to your AquaLink automation with a RS485 wire.

Is the salinity level correct when using it with the app/web?

NOTE The TruClear does not capture a salinity reading from your pool.

When connected to an automation system, the target salinity level of 3000ppm will be displayed.

"General Error" will show as a result of low salt, low temp or a combination of both.

Make sure the warranty information is properly registered with that TruClear. They fail at a very high rate. Leak too. It is one of the worst products Jandy makes. Too bad you didn't come here first we would have steered you away from it.
