Hello , please help me with there removal of the outer shell of the Jandy truclear 11P , I have removed all screws and it still won't release. Is there other hidden screws? I just want to check that the battery is still good or not. I am stuck at 100% chlorination and it won't go down. I have tried resetting and nothing seems to work.
