Jandy Stealth Pump Issue

I have Jandy Stealth SHPM2.0-2 pump and recently it has been harder taking the basket in and out.

Looking at where the water flows to the pump, there seems to be a lip there that wasn't there before. Has this happened to anyone?

I love to look at photos, this helps for the pump side. How about a photo of the actual basket, oriented the same direction as it would go in?

It looks like the diffuser might have come loose. You should check it to make sure that it's secure.

Thanks for your help. Zodiac support got back to me and said to have it serviced because like James said, the diffuser should not be sticking out like that.
