I have had the same problem, and switched to the pool mode, rather than spa. It works fine until it reaches temperature, kicks off, then needs to kick back on. At that point it automatically resets itself to using the spa side again. It is being controlled by aqualink rs8. Any thoughts as to how to keep it on the pool side control while using the aqualink? Jandy LT400 heater.
