I started following the TFP method about 6 months ago and am loving it. Thank you all for the awesome resources and eduction on this site!
My question is on advice if I should replace just the Jandy 1400 salt cell itself, or bite the bullet and replace the whole kit (inc sensor, cabling etc)? Couldn’t find other threads on this topic- if I missed them please feel free to point me that direction.
Best price I’ve found on the kit is $640 shipped. I cleaned the cell in the fall and got a bit more life out of it, but based on the S/N and date code it appears to be 10 years old (if that’s true I consider myself lucky) - I’ve owned the home for 2yrs. Thoughts?
