The unit suddently went from working fine to not firing up at all. There is power to the unit and the control panel lights up. If I try to run the heater using either the iAqualink app or the control panel at the unit nothing happens. The filter pump is running when I make theses attempts. The app indicates the spa (or pool) is heating but this is incorrect. I've got the troubleshooting manual, but I thought I'd try the forum first before removing the heater covers and going through the troubleshooting steps on the chance the problem might be something simpler. I've tried killing the power to the unit with the breaker and then re-energizing but this does nothing. The heater simply doesn't go through it's start-up sequence, not a single step in the sequence. We've had unusually cold weather here. Thank you.

Morning my Jandy JXI 260 isn't heating this morning. When I use my app and turn on the heat the pump speeds up but I don't hear anything happening at the heater. It has power and tried turning off the breaker to reset it. Didn't change anything for me what do you suggest? water is 80 degrees...
