Jandy Jxi heater - Pool Temp

Hi everyone,
I’m having problems getting the pool heater to turn on, the jandy remote doesn’t display a pool temperature and therefore the gas heater doesn’t turn on the heat and displays “ENA”…

Does anyone know what the cause would be? A faulty temp sensor? Can I do anything to heat up the pool quickly for now?

You can disconnect the JXI heater from the Aqualink so you can operate the heater using its control panel.

• Make sure the pool heater is OFF.
• Press and hold MENU, then the POOL and SPA buttons for 5 seconds to access Service Setup mode.
• Press MENU, REMOTE something is displayed
• Use Up or Down to scroll through the Remote options until REMOTE OFF is displayed, then press MENU to select.
• Press POOL or SPA to exit Service Setup mode.

Then you need to fix the water temperature sensor in the Aqualink to get your PDA remote working.
