Jandy gas heater button question

Dumb question here, but there is a "Spa" button and a "Pool" button. Is there actually any difference in the operation of the buttons besides the label and the temperature I set them to? For instance, if I set them both to 102 degrees, and don't change any valve lineups, will hitting each button cause the same operation? (There is no automation on my pool, I do all the valve turning manually).

On my old Jandy for manual operation only difference was it kept separate set temps. This can come in handy since normally heating the pool to 102 would be over the top hot and way over the top on my gas bill.

Yes.

Only difference is the thermostat setting.
