Jandy CS200 Filter?

I am in the process of building my pool and spa which is roughly 8000 gallons total. I have the opportunity to pick up a NIB Jandy CS200 filter for $650. Do you think this would be sufficient or should I search for a larger 4-500 sqft filter?

That would be a bare minimum. Likely have to clean it 3 times per year.
I have a 240 sf on my 6000 gallon pool. Clean it once a year.

Is the only difference the cartridge on the 200vs 250?

I am not familiar with Jandy filters. Mine has 4 cartridges. I suspect the one you are looking at has one cartridge.
