Did you try to submit a warranty claim? I believe it is covered for 3 years. Jandy doesn't allow homeowners to work on Jandy equipment. Do not change the cable if you have one. Also, do not remove the the cell. I had my same cell go bad after 8 months(1 full season, plus a month or so of the second season). My PB told me I voided the warranty by removing the cell and swapping in a new cell that I had. I called Jandy, and they sent me a new cell and cable, but insisted that a warranty service center replace the cable.
Most likely is the center pin has corroded and the cell needs to be replaced. Running 100% for 12 hours/day will generate a lot of heat on the pins. My unit gets hot and I run at 75% to give me my required chlorine. If your pool builder gives you any problems, just call Jandy(Fluidra), and if you have registered your cell, they most likely will send you a new one.
