Jandy AquaLink RS Randomly Shutting Down- Loosing iAqualink

I have this controller for about 7 years. Works fine in service mode. In Auto, every hour or two, the main filter pump shuts off and the iAqualink Wifi connection goes down. Within another hour or two, it comes back on spontaneously. I went down to the controller when in one of its "off' modes and manually cycling between Auto to Servivce to Auto does not restore anything. The panel has power durting off period and the Aquapure LCD window shows the % set and no flow (because the pump is off). No tripped breakers. Happened this evening while I had the pool lights on - pump went off - lost iAqulink wifi but pool lights stayed on.

This started happening yesterday with heavy rain and today with heavy rain - but the control panel is in a weather proof exterior box and I checked and no water leaking in but bery high humidity.

Any idea what might be flaky?

When the pump shuts off every hour or two - Is this when the filter pump is on while running on a schedule?

What are the schedules programmed for the filter pump?

Is the iAqualink antenna out or the rain?

Variable or single speed pump?

Yes, the filter pump is on scheule 7a-11p and it only tiurns on and off randomly during this time (though I havent woken up to check during the middle of the night). The iAqualink antenna is sheltered from elemtns inside a shed and hardwired underground in a conduit to the control panel which is outdoors but in a weatherproof cabinet. The pump is variable.

Not sure what's causing the issue but narrow things down. Try to run the system with only the pump connected. The outdoor controller will run all your schedules without the iAqualink connected or salt system connected. Do you have indoor control panels as well or digital spalink remote?

Can you power everything off, undo some top screws to fold down the outdoor control panel, and disconnect everything but the pump data wires from the red 4 pin terminals? You may have 1 or 2 of the 4-pins on the main pcb. You may have more on an expansion board. They pry off so you don't have to remove the wires from the terminals. Open it up and send photos if you need help. Once only the pump is connected, power it back up and see if the problem continues.

Roger that. When I went down to the control panel during one of its "off" periods . The control apnel had green leds on for Auto andf Filter Pump - but pump not on. There was 240vac at the pump. So, something in the control panel pauses/goes to sleep. and stops sending/receviing data from pump and at the same time loses WiFi. It sounds like one of the low voltage power supplies to the board is intermittent. Wish I had the schematic, I work on radio and microcontroller PCBs as a hobby.
